Hi, we're two Kiwi's who went horseback riding in Mongolia: two weeks horse riding around Lake Hovsgol. It was great, but can I say the sun was SO STRONG! It just beat down on us all day, and dried our skin out. Especially the arms, which cop the full strength of the sun's rays. A word of advice for other travelers: wear a hat, long sleeves, and plenty of sun block!
